Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.

How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. I’ve decided enough is enough and am now pushing back against their arbitrary deadlines and other insane and unnecessary asks. I rarely work with this person and have good reviews. Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward.
