My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package.
