How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

What should I expect during my call with Deloitte’s recruitment advisor? I received a verbal offer last week, and a meeting invite this week with the advisor. Is this typically where salary and signing bonus are negotiated?
