My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays
Is there any interview after probation period?

This can be challenged in labour court since no company can terminate an employee during maternity. If the lady employee does not compromise and settle the matter easily, Barclays or any organization will have to pay severe mental damage charges to the employee to settle the case or they'll bribe the labour commissioner to get away. I've seen a similar case where coca cola terminated an employee during maternity and that brave lady took them to their knees after coke tried all the tricks but eventually settled outside the court by playing damage to the employee. Actually we stay in a country where corruption is deep rooted thats why most of these big companies don't care and eventually get away by settling the case through back door bribery. The governments prefer giving it a blind eye, since these companies generate employment and have big investments in India. You won't see/hear such cases happening in any developed countries e.g US, UK, Australia etc. since they've a robust system in place where nobody can dare get away doing such injustice.

Same here.. I'm scared now
No company can do such thing until and unless there is a strong reason behind it. Since we don't know both the sides it's not good to judge a company or the lady.
