Currently my wify's package is 7.5 LPA at Capgemini as SAP ABAP developer and with overall experience of around 5.5ys.She has cleared all technical rounds in Accenture and having HR round in next week.how much she should asks for package?why I'm asking this because she was selected to the same Accenture in 2019 and at that time she asked 80 percent hike and for that reason the profile was kept on hold and eventually joined Infosys at that time

TBH, doesn’t matter. My decision on whether to hire someone is pretty much made as soon as the interview is over. So the email after the fact would not change anything. It’s just a nice courtesy.
I used to use hand written thank you notes before Covid if I sent on-site. I agree though, if emails were said not to be shared then leave it be. Maybe connect on LinkedIn if you must
Normally pretty easy to figure out someone’s corporate email. Name@company.com. I think sending is still a good idea and I respect those I interview when they thank me. A good way to get feedback later too
No “thank you note” swings the needle on a “maybe”.
It’s a classy move imo
Sending a thank you email can only help your chances. It can help you stand out, and it gives you an opportunity to add anything you may have missed or misrepresented in the interview.
If you don't have the interviewer's email, just send it to the recruiter. Frame it like "Please share with X that I really enjoyed meeting her and chatting about the company" etc, and hope they pass the messages along. If they don't, no harm done. If they do, that's one extra positive thing the hiring manager hears about you that they probably won't hear about the other candidates.
Following. I had this question last week too. Same reason, they don't share and ask you to go through the recruiter.
Additional question, thoughts on adding them on LinkedIn and passing your message on that way? Or just to "keep in touch"?

During Q&A, you can basically ask anything but that (how the interviewer felt it went, whether you got through or not). The reason is that he or she typically need to calibrate with other interviewers to arrive at final decisions.
