I don’t know about the pay scales but I’ve heard the salaries can go up to $170K.
That's pretty low for a big company like SNOW
I don't have exact pay-bands, but this is roughly what I've gathered from lots of conversations. Much of it is likely location specific, but it's worth noting that the inside roles are based out of some high cost of living areas.
These are all OTE with a 75/25 split where the 25 is partially individual and partially team based.
Academy SC (college new grad) - $80k during training and jump to $95ish afterward
Digital (Inside) SC: $100-140k
Senior Digital SC: $120-160k
Field SC: $125-165k
Senior Field SC $145-190k
Advisory Field SC: $175-250k
It's on the low end compared to somebody like Salesforce, but quotas are usually very reasonable, and there are lots of extra incentives that can add on top of those numbers.
Would appreciate a fact check on this from some folks.
Do you have any info on advisory solution consultant? Was recently contacted for this role
A recruiter told me $150-180k OTE plus up to $30k RSU (total over 4 years, so only $7.5k/year). This was in San Diego, Commercial SC (that’s what they called it, not sure what level that would be)
I haven't seen much info about pay bands around, have they made you an offer yet?
