Can anyone share some insight into the Associate Manager position in Accenture’s Federal Services department?

Got HR round with Accenture tomorrow. 8.5 YoE, C.CTC 18 fixed + 10% variable in Deloitte. What fixed CTC (+20% variable) can I negotiate with Accenture for Associate Manager position? Tech - BI/DW, Machine Learning, Data Analytics.

Pros and cons of A-lign? Currently being recruited for an IT Associate Manager - SOC position.

I am an Automation lead at Accenture with current CTC as around 16LPA including VP. I have cleared interviews for Infy and asked for 25 LPA. I know my demand will not be fulfilled as it is not a niche tech. But bearing 11 yoe and my current package, what is the max Infy can offer and at which role? What is a associate manager role? Same as manager?

Anyone has info on what is the Year end Target Bonus (% range) at Grant Thornton Advisory for Senior Associate/Manager position? And How does it compare to the Big4.

What should my salary range be? I’ve got 3 years of sysadmin experience and 3 years on a CIRT and am currently in discussion of being moved up into an associate manager role. I’m making 97k right now (DC Metro) but from looking around this is on the lower end given my experience. I’ve gotten offers for 20-30k more for analyst level roles at smaller companies but want to stay in something that’s on track for mgmt. Is a 30% raise too much to ask for or should I start taking these offers?

AFS 🐟, I had a recruiter contact me about an associate manager position and the position description calls for a minimum of 10 YOE--does that mean manager normally calls for more than that?
