My new agency’s healthcare plan only has ONE physician in NYC listed as in-network... is a plan this limited the norm?!

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

Hi all- new to fishbowl. Not really sure how to use and explore the app yet but I saw this bowl and figured I would introduce myself. Life / Career Advice: I applied to medical school since my MCAT score was set to expire, ended up getting into 1 program. I also have an opp to join a well funded/well established Healthtech Startup (6 figure salary w/ equity + benefits) as a BD professional. Based on your experience, which of the two has the best/better exit opportunities (should I decide to pursue the finance realm or something else) and better work life balance? Trying to boost my credit score which has hovered around 800 for a year or so now. Is raising my score more even worth it? I’m only 22 and won’t need to get a loan anytime soon. I take my personal finance pretty seriously, have 3+ months rent saved, invest anywhere from $500-$1000 a month, net worth ~30k etc…

Cloudera Certified Bigdata Developer- (Spark) and Hybrid Cloud Certified Data Engineer(both Azure and GCP).

Total Experience is 5.5 years. Hadoop/Spark: 5.5 years.

Cloud experience is 2.4 years, (1.1 in Azure and 1.3 in GCP).

Other skills: Python, Shell scripting, SQL.

The decision looks very clear where many are suggesting to go with IBM but still from other aspects like WLB, hire/fire attitude,culture, growth etc what is recommended? For me being a mother WLB takes priority since I have quite a few family responsibilities ...
